The short version: the waitlist is closed for now, so this site collects no personal data at all. The rest of this page describes what happens once it opens.
The short version: the only thing this site keeps about you is the email address you type into the waitlist, and it is used for one message.
Who is responsible
Mad Prompter, the creator behind @madprompter. For anything about your data, write to hello@madprompter.com.
What is stored
When you join the waitlist: your email address, which list you joined, and the date and time. Nothing else. There are no accounts, no analytics and no advertising trackers, and this site sets no cookies of its own.
Why, and on what basis
To send you one email when the prompt packs and the course open. You give your consent by submitting the form, and you can withdraw it at any time. Your address is never sold, rented or used for anything else.
Where it is kept, and who else handles it
The site and the waitlist run on Cloudflare, which stores the list on its servers, possibly outside your country. When the launch email goes out, an email delivery service will handle your address only to send it. Both act on our instructions and may not use your address for their own purposes. Fonts and scripts are served from this site, so loading a page sends nothing to Google or other third parties.
How long it is kept
Until the launch email has been sent, and deleted within 30 days after that. If you ask to be removed earlier, it is deleted within 7 days of your request.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data held about you, correct it, have it deleted, or withdraw your consent. Write to hello@madprompter.com from the address you signed up with. The launch email will also have a one-click link to leave the list. If you think your data has been mishandled, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Age
The waitlist is for people aged 18 or over.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. Nothing new will be done with an address already on the list without asking first.
